Outdoor fitness classes designed specifically for women 35+ who want to:

  • feel strong again

  • train intelligently (not smash themselves)

  • move their bodies without diet talk, mirrors or judgement

We train outdoors, in small groups, with a focus on strength, tone and core — and we leave feeling energised, not wrecked.

 

 

THE CLASSES

🌿 Tone

6.30am & 7.30am 

A full-body strength session using:

  • resistance bands

  • bodyweight

  • controlled, joint-friendly movements

Expect:

  • muscle tone

  • improved posture

  • better confidence with strength training

Perfect if you want to feel strong and capable — not exhausted.

 

🌿 Abs, Butts + Thighs

9.30am 

A targeted strength + core session focusing on:

  • deep core strength

  • hips, glutes and thighs

  • stability and balance

Low impact. Highly effective.
Great if you’re rebuilding strength or prefer a slightly gentler pace.

 

Who this is for...

These classes are for you if you:

  • are 35+ (peri- or post-menopause welcomed with open arms)

  • want strength without extremes

  • prefer encouragement over yelling

  • value good coaching and a supportive vibe

You don’t need to be 'fit already'.
You just need to be willing to start.

  • 7.30am · TONE (45 mins)

  • 9.30am · ABS, BUTTS & THIGHS (45 mins)

Small group numbers — bookings preferred or come along 15 mins prior to the class starting to sign up.
