THE CLASSES
🌿 Tone
6.30am & 7.30am
A full-body strength session using:

resistance bands

bodyweight

controlled, joint-friendly movements
Expect:

muscle tone

improved posture

better confidence with strength training
Perfect if you want to feel strong and capable — not exhausted.
🌿 Abs, Butts + Thighs
9.30am
A targeted strength + core session focusing on:

deep core strength
-
hips, glutes and thighs
-
stability and balance
Low impact. Highly effective.
Great if you’re rebuilding strength or prefer a slightly gentler pace.
