What this is...
Online Strength Coaching is a weekly coaching subscription where your training is planned for you, updated regularly, and supported by me along the way.
You’ll train independently in the gym or at home (your choice), but you’re not on your own.
How it works...
You’ll receive a personalised 2-day strength program each week, delivered through the MyCoach app.
Each program is designed around your goals, your experience, and how you’re progressing over time.
You follow the sessions in your own time, in your own gym or at home, with everything you need inside the app - including me whenever you need assistance.
Coaching support when you need it...
You’ll have ongoing access to me through the app for support, questions and guidance as you train.
This is not a “set and forget” program — you can check in, ask questions and get feedback as you go.
Every 6 weeks...
We’ll meet for a 1-hour in-person or online PT session to:
- Review your progress
- Run through your new program
- Refine technique and form
- Make sure you’re confident with what you’re doing
This keeps your training moving forward properly, not just repeating the same thing.
