Your body hasn’t turned on you.
It’s just changed the rules a bit.
And no one really gives you a heads up about that.
One day things just feel… different.
The belly that wasn’t there before. The tiredness that hits mid-afternoon like a brick. The workouts that used to work fine now just leave you sore and wondering what you’re doing wrong.
You’re not doing anything wrong.
Most women I work with are in this exact space — doing their best, a bit over it, and wondering why their body feels like it’s not responding the way it used to.
Usually it’s not effort that’s the issue. It’s approach.
Because what worked at 30 often just doesn’t cut it in midlife. And that can be frustrating as hell when you’re still showing up trying to figure it out.
Movement still helps — absolutely.
But it needs to feel doable. Steady. Smart. And right for where you are now.
That’s where I come in.
I work with women in this stage of life — busy, tired, strong in ways they don’t always give themselves credit for — and we strip it right back to what actually works for them now.
No guessing. No extremes. No BS.
Just proper training, built around you and where you are today.
Training that fits your life
Sessions are 1:1, focused, and simple — you just show up and I’ll guide you through it.
You can train at:
Dooleys Health + Fitness, Lidcombe
Fernwood Fitness, Annandale
Outside in the fresh air — parks, ovals, wherever feels good
Or private gyms (including apartment gyms — we’ll sort access if needed)
30 or 60 minutes, depending on what your week and energy level looks like.
Bodies in transition need a different approach
If you’re going through perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, your body isn’t being difficult — it’s just responding differently now. So the training has to match that.
And if you’re on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound, strength work becomes even more important — to help you hold onto muscle and feel strong, not flat or depleted.
But you don’t need to have it all worked out before you start.
If you’re just at that point of “I want to feel better in my body again”… that’s enough. I'm here to help you with all of that.
Single 30 min session
A focused 1:1 session to get you moving well, building strength, and feeling better in your body without any overwhelm.
Single 60 min session
A deeper 1:1 session with more time to build strength, refine technique, and train at a pace that suits you properly.
Group 30 min session
2+ people. Train with a friend or two — still personal, still guided, just with a bit of shared motivation (and less pressure).
Group 60 min session
2+ people. A longer shared session with proper coaching, strength work, and space to train together without feeling rushed.
