ENROL NOW AND BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY TO LONG-TERM SUSTAINABLE HEALTH
A PRACTICAL ROADMAP FOR MIDLIFE WOMEN USING GLP-1 MEDICATIONS
You’ve got the medication. Now you need the roadmap.
Your prescription may help with appetite and weight loss.
But it probably didn’t come with much guidance about what to eat when you’re barely hungry, how much protein you really need at this stage of your life, what to do when side effects make eating difficult or how to exercise in a way that protects your muscle and bones rather than simply burning more calories.
And with so much conflicting advice online, it can be difficult to know whether you’re doing too much, not enough or focusing on completely the wrong things.
The GLP-1 Bodywise Project for Midlife Women is a practical, evidence-informed programme for women 40+ who want to understand what their body needs while using a GLP-1 and build strong foundations around nutrition, movement and health.
The medication can help reduce appetite and support weight loss.
It can't assess what's happening in your body, help you meet your protein and fibre needs, build your strength or create those long-term habits for you.
Join now and begin straight away
You’ll receive immediate access to the complete programme, your Bodywise resources and our private community.
The programme follows a guided 12-week pathway, but you’ll have ongoing access to all the lessons, resources, future updates and our amazing Bodywise Community.
FOR WOMEN WHO WANT TO FEEL CONFIDENT ABOUT WHAT THEY’RE DOING
The prescription was the first step. It's not the whole plan.
If you're feeling excited, hopeful and completely overwhelmed all at the same time... you're not the only one. Most women I speak to are not looking for another diet or an impossible set of rules. They are trying to work out what is sensible, what really matters and how to look after themselves properly now that they are taking a GLP-1 medication.
What should you eat when your appetite has disappeared?
How do you get enough protein, fibre and nourishment without forcing down enormous meals?
Should you be exercising — and what kind of exercise will actually protect your muscle, bones and strength?
How do you manage common side effects without trying every remedy you find online?
And how do you know whether your progress is moving in the right direction when the scale is only showing you one small part of the picture?
The GLP-1 Bodywise Project for Midlife Women was created to give you that simple-to-follow roadmap.
It works alongside the care provided by your doctor and prescriber, helping you focus on the areas the medication cannot take care of for you: understanding your body, eating well, building strength and putting practical habits into place.
Does this sound like You?
✓ There's so much conflicting advice
One person says to fast, another says to eat six times a day. You’ve been told to count every calorie, ignore calories completely, avoid carbohydrates and buy a cupboard full of supplements. You’re no longer sure what advice applies to you.
✓ I'm just not hungry anymore
Your appetite has dropped so much that eating enough can feel like a chore. Some days you realise it is late afternoon and you have barely eaten, but you are not sure how much your body really needs.
✓ I didn't expect to feel this flat
You’re eating less, but your energy has taken a hit too. Exercise, walking and even ordinary daily tasks feel harder, and you’re wondering whether this is simply part of the process.
✓ The scale is running the whole show
Every weigh-in seems to decide whether you are succeeding or failing. You want to know how to assess your progress more sensibly and understand what is changing beyond one number.
IF THAT SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT, THEN KEEP ON READING
You know you need to do something differently. You’re just not completely sure what.
drowning in conflicting advice
confused about what to eat
not sure exactly where to start
It’s easy to feel like you’re doing all the right things… but still not quite getting the results you expected.
It is easy to feel as though you should already know what to do.
Eat less. Move more. Drink water. Get your protein in.
Simple — until your appetite disappears, your energy drops, side effects arrive and everybody online has a different opinion about how you should handle it.
So you keep changing your food, questioning whether you are eating too much or too little, wondering which exercise matters and allowing the scale to decide whether the week was a success.
You do not need another rigid plan or a longer list of rules. You need to understand what your body needs now, what deserves your attention and how to put it into practice in real life.
Let's make this simpler
The medication is doing its job.
But nobody told you what yours is.
Finally, a programme for women 40+ that does not simply tell you to cut your calories and exercise more, but teaches you how to assess what is happening in your body, nourish it properly and build the strength that matters in midlife.
This is not a “download the workbook and good luck” course. And it is not another weight-loss programme pretending your body, health and hormones are the same as they were at 25.
You will begin by establishing your personal starting point. From there, we focus on the three foundations that shape the entire programme:
1. Scan what is happening.
2. Nourish your body with enough protein and food.
3. Strength train to protect what weight loss can otherwise take with it.
You can work through the lessons with the support of women on a similar journey at a pace that fits your life, while still following a clear pathway - rather than randomly dipping into whichever topic catches your eye that day.
Because this is about far more than watching the number on the scale fall. It is about looking after the body carrying you through the process.
You're not doing this alone...
The GLP-1 Bodywise Project for Midlife Women and its private community were created by Jane Cleary — Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Menopause Coach and Certified GLP-1 Metabolic Health Specialist.
This is not one of those programmes where you are handed a library of lessons and left to work everything out by yourself.
You can bring your questions to our live coaching calls, but you'll also learn from the questions other women ask along the way, talk through what has been happening and receive help applying the lessons to your own life. Because women join Bodywise at different times, you will also learn from questions and conversations arising at every stage of the process.
Inside the private Bodywise Community, our Weekly Connection gives you a regular place to share what is going well, talk about what has been getting in the way and ask for support when you need it.
You will be alongside other midlife women who understand the strange little world of low appetite, food noise, side effects, changing bodies and being told that they should simply “eat less and move more”.
You do not need a perfect week before you join the conversation. Sometimes the most useful thing you can say is, “This week went completely arse-up. Where do I pick it up again?”
“Thank goodness I came across you on Instagram. There’s so much conflicting advice out there, but your positive, supportive approach has helped me make sense of it all. It’s reassuring to have someone in my corner who I can trust in what can feel like a very confusing and often negative space.”
Jacqueline S | Gold Coast, Australia
“I’m so grateful to have found you. I’m on Mounjaro for health reasons, not just weight loss, and your advice has been a source of truth in a very noisy space. There’s so much pressure to chase numbers, but you’ve helped me focus on what actually matters for my health. Thank you for the clarity and calm you bring to all of this.”
Mary J | surrey, UK
By the end of The GLP-1 Bodywise Project program, you’ll know how to…
✓ Understand what is happening in your body without allowing the scale to tell the whole story.
✓ Work out what your body needs for energy, nourishment and progress based on a realistic personal starting point.
✓ Eat enough protein, fibre and nourishing food even when your appetite is low.
✓ Strength train in a way that protects your muscle, bones and long-term independence.
✓ Adjust your nutrition and routine when side effects, stress, hormones or real life knock things around.
Let's get you back on track
LET'S DIG INTO THE DETAILS
Here's how it all shakes out...
PHASE ONE
Scan – Assess, Analyse, Align
This is where we stop guessing and establish your starting point. Instead of relying on the scale alone, you will learn how to look at the wider picture and identify what your body needs now.
Inside this phase:
- Looking beyond body weight to assess meaningful progress
- Understanding energy needs, daily movement and metabolic starting points
- Recognising patterns in appetite, side effects, energy and eating
- Creating your personalised Bodywise Baseline
- Identifying the areas that need your attention first
PHASE TWO
Protein – Fuel, Nourish, Protect
Lower appetite may make eating less easier, but it can also make eating well considerably harder. This phase teaches you how to nourish your body properly while using a GLP-1 without turning every meal into a mathematical exercise.
Inside this phase:
- Understanding your personal protein needs
- Meeting those needs when appetite and portion sizes are lower
- Building practical meals around protein, fibre and nourishment
- Supporting digestion, hydration and regularity
- Managing common barriers including nausea, reflux, constipation and food aversions
- Supporting fat loss without unnecessarily sacrificing muscle
PHASE THREE
Strength – Build, Protect, Recompose
Weight loss does not automatically mean that everything being lost is body fat. This phase shows you how to use resistance training to protect muscle, support bone health and remain strong and capable throughout midlife.
Inside this phase:
- Why strength training matters while using a GLP-1
- How to train effectively at home or in the gym
- Choosing exercises that suit your experience and ability
- Understanding progressive overload and body recomposition
- Balancing strength training with walking, cardiovascular exercise and recovery
- Building a realistic weekly routine
PHASE FOUR
Integrate — Make it work in real life
Knowing what to do is useful. Being able to keep doing it when life becomes busy, your appetite changes or motivation fades is where it starts to matter. This phase helps you bring Scan, Protein and Strength together into a routine that fits your actual life.
Inside this phase:
- Combining nutrition, strength and daily movement
- Building consistency without expecting perfection
- Adjusting when side effects, stress or hormones interfere
- Reviewing progress without reacting to every scale fluctuation
- Recognising when something in your approach needs to change
- Creating a practical routine you can continue using
YOUR BODYWISE REVIEW
Where To From Here?
Your needs will not remain exactly the same as your weight, activity, appetite, medication and circumstances change.
This final section shows you how to revisit the foundations you have built and complete your quarterly Bodywise Baseline Review, so your nutrition and movement targets continue to reflect where you are now rather than where you started.
Inside this phase:
- Completing your quarterly Bodywise Baseline Review
- Reassessing your nutrition, protein and activity needs
- Recognising what is working and where you need more support
- Adjusting your routine as your circumstances change
- Continuing to use Scan, Protein and Strength as your foundation
Each phase is packed with video lessons, templates and all of the resources you need to achieve realistic, long-term results.
A little extra help where women often need it most...
You're also going to receive:
Get Your Macros Sorted
When your appetite’s all over the place, knowing what to prioritise matters. This bonus shows you how to structure your macros to support muscle, metabolism, and energy — even when you’re eating less. Because no one needs another “just eat healthy” plan that doesn’t actually tell you how.
Where The Hell Did My Energy Go?
Understand the key drivers behind low energy on GLP-1s and in midlife — and how to support your body to restore consistent energy, strength, and resilience again, so you're not constantly running on empty. Because fat loss means nothing if you feel like a shell of yourself getting there each day.
Plus these bonuses:
You will also receive the Bodywise exercise library, your personalised Bodywise Metabolic Baseline, practical trackers and resources, access to coaching replays for the applicable replay period and ongoing access to our private Bodywise Community.

"Just wanted to say a huge thanks for putting yourself, the resources and this amazing program you've created in the big wide world. You are an inspiration to many women I am sure, and especially to us middle-aged 50+ women."
Kristina P | Uppsala, Sweden
“Thank you so much — this is exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to get started. I used to constantly compare myself to others and feel like I was falling behind, which left me more and more discouraged.
I’ve already invested a lot in the medication, so it feels like a no-brainer to invest in learning how to use it properly and support my health at the same time. I’m so glad I came across you on Facebook.”
Bronwyn T | Denver, USA

Investing in your health
The GLP-1 Bodywise Project is $1,197 AUD.
A flexible payment plan is also available.
This is not about racing through more than 70 lessons or trying to execute everything perfectly for 12 weeks.
It is about learning how to understand and support your body while using a GLP-1, with a clear pathway through the three areas that matter most: Scan, Protein and Strength.
You can move through the programme at a pace that works for you, revisit lessons whenever you need them and continue using the resources and community after completing the initial pathway.
Meet Jane (me!)
YOUR MIDLIFE WING-WOMAN WHO'S RIGHT THERE IN YOUR CORNER AND HELPING YOU MAKE SENSE OF ALL THIS!
I’ve spent more than a decade helping women in their 40s, 50s and 60s (and beyond) get stronger, look after their health and feel more capable in their bodies.
Long before GLP-1 medications became part of the conversation, I was already working with women dealing with changing hormones, stubborn weight gain, declining muscle, lower energy and all the other midlife surprises nobody thought to warn us about.
As more women began using GLP-1s, I could see a fairly large gap. The prescription might help with appetite and weight loss, but many women were being given very little guidance about eating enough protein, managing side effects, protecting muscle and bone, or knowing how to approach strength training.
That’s why I created The GLP-1 Bodywise Project for Midlife Women.
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Menopause Coach and one of only a handful of NASM Certified GLP-1 Metabolic Health Specialists in Australia. I continue to invest in ongoing education, learning from leading experts in obesity medicine, metabolic health, menopause and strength training so I can bring current, practical and evidence-informed advice back to the women I work with. I’m not your prescriber and I won’t tell you what dose to take, but I will help you understand and put into practice the nutrition, movement and strength foundations the prescription cannot take care of for you.
And I’ll be there to help when life gets messy, your routine falls over or you need someone to remind you that one difficult week does not mean you’re back at the beginning.
xo
let's do this together!YOU DO NOT NEED MORE NOISE. YOU NEED A PLACE TO START.
Make the most of the opportunity your medication is giving you.
You do not need to wait until you reach a higher dose, hit another plateau or become so underfed and exhausted that looking after yourself feels even harder.
Bodywise will help you understand what your body needs now, while the medication may be making it easier to change the eating patterns, routines and habits that have felt so difficult in the past.
You will begin with Scan, learn how to nourish your body through Protein and build the kind of Strength that supports your muscle, bones and independence through midlife and beyond.
You can enrol at any time and begin straight away.
Your first 12 weeks give you a clear pathway through the programme, but you will retain access to the lessons, tools, exercise library, updates and private Bodywise Community afterwards.
The prescription may have started the process.
Let’s make sure you know what to do with it.

I Have Answers
Do I need to be on a GLP-1 medication to join?
The programme is specifically designed for midlife women who are using a GLP-1 medication or are preparing to begin one under the care of their medical practitioner. It focuses on the appetite, nutrition, muscle, bone and strength considerations that often arise alongside these medications.
is this just another workout program?
No. Strength training is one important part of Bodywise, but it is not the entire programme. You will first assess what is happening in your body, establish your personal starting point and learn how to support your nutrition and protein needs. You will then build a realistic strength routine using the Bodywise exercise library and programme guidance.
What if I’ve tried other things and nothing has worked?
Bodywise is not asking you to begin another restrictive diet. It helps you step back from the noise, understand what your body needs while using a GLP-1 and focus on the foundations that matter rather than changing your approach every week.
Will this still work if I’m busy / inconsistent / overwhelmed?
Yes — in fact, that’s the point. This isn’t about perfect routines or all-or-nothing behaviour. It’s designed to fit into real life, with structure that still works even when life isn’t perfectly on track.
What if I can't attend the live coaching calls?
You can submit questions beforehand and access the replay during its availability period. I encourage you to attend whenever possible because the conversations and shared learning are an important part of Bodywise, but you can begin the programme and continue progressing even if you cannot make every call.
Is one-to-one coaching included in the program?
Bodywise is a group coaching programme rather than a weekly one-to-one service. You will receive your personalised Bodywise Baseline and can ask questions during the live coaching calls and inside the private community. Separate one-to-one consultations and personalised online strength programming may also be booked if you would like additional individual support.
Do I have to wait to begin the programme?
No. The Bodywise Project for Midlife Women programme is open for enrolment, so you can join and begin straight away. You will start with Phase One and follow the programme pathway in order, while participating in the same coaching calls and private community as other members who may be at different stages.
What happens after my first 12 weeks?
You will continue to have lifetime access to the programme lessons, resources, exercise library and future lesson updates. You will also remain part of the private Bodywise Community. The 12 weeks provide your initial guided pathway through the programme; they are not an expiry date on your access. You can progress through the programme at your own pace - no pressure!
