Online Strength Coaching

 

Online Strength Coaching is a personalised training membership designed to help you build strength, confidence and consistency in the gym or at home with ongoing support.

Each week, you’ll follow a customised 2-day/week strength program delivered through the MyCoach app, so you always know exactly what to do .

You’re not left to figure it out alone — you’ll have access to me through the app for support, questions and guidance as you go.

Every 6 weeks, we’ll meet for a 1-hour face to face or online PT session to review your progress, go through your new program and make sure your technique and training are on track.

This is designed as a continuous coaching membership to keep you progressing over time. Life happens, so short pauses are fine when needed, but the structure is built around ongoing training rather than starting and stopping.

Your commitment:

$45/week ongoing coaching membership
+ 6-weekly 1-on-1 or online PT session ($85)

  • Exercise videos and clear instructions for every movement
  • Ongoing coaching support through the app for questions, messaging and guidance
  • Accountability and check-ins to keep you consistent and on track
  • 1 x 60-minute in-person or online PT session every 6 weeks to review progress, introduce new programming and review and refine technique (additional cost: $85)
  • Ongoing program progression so you continue building strength over time
